Ben's Targets (all PBs)...

22/02: Sub 1:20 at Brighton Half (Completed in 1:18.44, approx 4 min PB)

22/03: Course PB at Reading Half (Completed in 1:20.42,approx 2 min course PB)

26/04: Sub 3 hour London Marathon (Completed in 2:59.27, exactly 20 minutes faster than last year)

13/09: Great North Run was a tough one.  (On target for a PB but due to a health scare of my cousin we stopped and just missed out)

29/09: Sub 2:55 at Berlin Marathon (Completed in 2:50.11, over 9 minute PB)

Please spare a pound towards my Butterwick charity. You know you want to. That £1 will go towards making someone's life more fulfilled.

This is the one charity that I would do all my races for if I had the chance. I have seen the amazing work they do and have done for my Grandma. The Butterwick Hospice treat people in their last few months, weeks and days like royalty. Providing spa treatments and a listening ear as well as so much more. I can't imagine what it must be like to know that you have terminal cancer or another illness that you can't recover from and am grateful everyday for what I have. 

So please donate your spare change and help those less fortunate than you and feel proud of yourself for the rest of your day. You're the best. Thank you!
