Asalaamualaykum, we have decided to embark on a mission to help our brothers and sisters in Bangladesh by building a Mosque with MUSLIM HANDS in a deprived area where there is no mosque... as well as build towards our akhirah! 

A masjid is at the heart of any local Muslim community. It provides a place for its worshippers to pray and contemplate as well as being a hub for educational programmes and other everyday services. The role of the masjid is to help people learn more about Islam and to nurture their moral and spiritual development.

By building a masjid you will not only earn the reward of providing a community with a house of Allah, but your Sadaqah Jariya will continue giving benefit for generations to come insha’Allah

When 'Uthman b. 'Affan intended to build the mosque (of the Prophet) the people did not approve of it. They liked that it should be kept in the same state. Thereupon he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: He who built a mosque for Allah, Allah would build a house for him like it in Paradise. 

(This would apply to those who donate to the total price of the project InshaaAllah)

 The mosque will be built in a deprived area of Bangladesh, in a village where there is not currently a mosque. SubhanAllah, imagine the smiles and contentment of the people upon seeing a masjid being built. It will act as a place of worship the locals will benefit from InShaaAllah, a place where people can gather for the sake of Allah, as it will be where there is a need for a masjid it will be fully utilised InshaAllah.  The local committee will also ensure there is an imam for the masjid. 

The mosque project will cost £4300 which will include: 

A prayer area and a wudu area fit for 100 people with your help!

On construction, updates will be given aswell as pictures of final project InshaAllah.
