I have registered to take part in the Big fun Run (5K) in August  with the clown-within in Liverpool and have made a contract with myself to train on 100 days of the 138 days remaining to the event. I took part in a 5k in 2005 - completed in 52 minutes! My aim is to achieve the same time or improve. I have hung an old measuring tape on my wall  and cut off 1cm for every day trained.

My chosen charity is Lupus UK. Even a mild form of this autoimmune disease can affect the quality of life, and symptoms can be dismisssed by Doctors. I hope to raise 100£ at least and hope you will be able to contribute.
