So .... this is it! I've said yes, signed on the dotted line and laced up my trainers. I am officially running the London 2023 marathon. But there was no other option, than to run it for the fire fighters charity. They have done so much for my colleagues and will do in the future! 

If anyone sees this 17 stone man in need of oxygen and water whilst running, give me a toot, give me a wave, and if you can, please give a lovely donation!

I'm running the 2023 TCS London Marathon in support of The Fire Fighters Charity. They provide specialist lifelong support for members of the UKs fire services community, empowering individuals to achieve mental, physical and social wellbeing throughout their lives.
