Base 13 are raising money for the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust Charitable fund to support our NHS staff in the fight against COVID-19.

We will be delivering donation based online classes twice a week. 

Base 13 will be delivering a 45 minute HIIT class every Tuesday evening at 7pm

Donations can be made directly to https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/base13yogahouselondonnhs we would appreciate a minimum donation of £2 per class.

Once you have made your donation please forward your email confirmation to Base 13 (info@base13fitness.co.uk)  for the HIIT classes. We will then reply with the link for the online class. Please ensure this is done at least 30 minutes before the class starts to allow us time to send the link over to you and for you to log in.
