Epilepsy can be one of the most frightening and isolating conditions a child can experience. Young Epilepsy is dedicated to improving research, treatment and direct support. You can help transform young lives by fundraising or donating today. Together we create possible.

Story

As you may know, my niece (the cute one in the pic) has a rare form of epilepsy called Ohtahara Syndrome, a life limiting illness that has severe effects, both physically and mentally.

Seeing how difficult this can be for a young family and the strength they have shown in dealing with this every day, has inspired me to push myself out of my comfort zone. A 26 mile run through the streets of London is the result...!

Any money raised will hugely help this small charity to positively impact the lives of the families and children suffering with the condition. I hope my contributions help raise awareness for Young Epilepsy and help the charity to give the children the best possible care and opportunities they can.

Thanks,
Joe and Phoebe x
