I'm cycling the 170 miles from West Coast to East Coast, Morecambe to Bridlington, over 3 days from 23 August 2013 to raise money for The Sick Children's Trust.  They provide free accommodation for families whose children are in hospital so that they are always close to the ward.  They supported Mark and Ruth Bloor when their son Ben was poorly in May 2013.
