Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Myself and several other directors will be completing a Beach Clean Challenge that will see us litter pick 7 beaches across 2 days along the Durham coastal footpath.
In total, the team will walk over 11 miles and aim to collect at least 100 bin bags worth of rubbish which is almost as big as a concrete mixer truck and enough to to fill around 50 bathtubs!
The beaches we will be visiting are: Seaham Hall, Red Acre, Blast, Easington Colliery, Horden, Blackhall and Crimdon.
I have chosen to raise money for Maggies as it is one of the main charities that one of our customers, the North East local authority supports. Maggies is a great charity that help people take back control when cancer turns life upside down, with professional support for anything from treatment side effects to money worries. All their support is free and you don't need an appointment or referral.
