We lost our beautiful best friend Izzy on 18th September 2020 very suddenly & unexpectedly, and unfortunately we weren’t aware of Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP). We hope to honour Izzy by doing the Tough Mudder on the day it marks 1 whole year without her, and raise as much money and awareness as possible for Epilepsy Action.
