Most of you will know just how amazingly positive and strong Becky was throughout her battle with cervical cancer, but for those of you who don’t I can assure you that she faced every huddle head on and although we said that she could have a bad day each week where she was able to complain all she wanted.....she rarely ever used this pass and encouraged/demanded (those of you who knew Becky will know how head strong she was) that those around her maintained the same strong and positive approach when spending time with her. She was determined to beat the odds and be a survivor even after we were told that it was no longer curable.....she did this in such a way that she even convinced me that she was going to come through all the adversity, right up until the night before she passed peacefully away when she finally realised the fight was over as the cancer had spread too far.

Becky will remain in many peoples thoughts and hearts forever and I hope you will support me in raising some funds to help Penny Brohn continue there fantastic support of those affected by cancer (www.pennybrohn.org.uk).
