Well the equipment is ready, the rider is enthusiastic, the
6month snack-a-thon is over and I am ready to take on the challenge.

All industries have been hit hard over the last 6 months and
the end is not yet in sight. Having worked in the travel industry for more than 22 years, I really want to support a charity that specifically helps those in travel - ABTA LifeLine. This charity was set up to help individuals in the travel industry when they need it most and as you can imagine a lot of people need their help at the moment. I’ve worked from home for the last 6 months, with a daily routine involving sitting at my desk for 8 hours predominantly
on calls. I need to exercise more and why not raise money for charity at the same time!

How am I going to do this?! An exercise bike, instead of handle
bars, there's a table to put your laptop on. So instead of sitting on a kitchen stool, at my kitchen table – I’m sat on the exercise bike, pedaling away during meetings. My goal is to achieve 1000km in the month of October - equivalent of Land's end to John O' Groats!!
