Following on from mine and becky’s successful London marathon campaign earlier in the year, I am back to raise some more money for this incredible charity. 

Although you guys will all know I cycle and have competed in triathlons etc, I have never actually cycled 100miles before so this will up the challenge for myself and will need plenty of training to complete in a decent time! This is the first ever running of the new route which will go into and across Essex rather than into Surrey and I’m proud to be able to participate to raise awareness and money for ms-uk again. 

I have some very good friends who have been diagnosed with this condition and our work must not stop to help provide the care and support that MS-UK provide. Every small donation really does make a difference!
