Having completed the Chichester Half Marathon back in 2012, and experienced the Austin Half Marathon earlier this year, I decided to get the running shoes back on and challenge myself to run the Chichester Half in under 2 hours and raise £500 for a great local Charity - Children on the Edge as part of their "Run for Refugees Team".

Training has started, thanks to the Nike Running App, alcohol intake is being reduced, loading up on lots of Carbs....who knows where this may lead too..

If 25 friends, family and colleagues just donate £20 I could reach my target.  Please feel free to donate more. 

Children on the Edge creates safe, child friendly spaces for refugee children, forced from their homes following conflict or violence.  In this troubled world today, the charity is stretched so need as much help as possible.
