So what will I actually be doing? As this is a medium term placement the exact details will develop over its course, however I do know the basics. I will be working with Tearfund's local partners in Burundi (specifically the diocese of Gitega) on local development projects including some agricultural and building projects, hygiene and sanitation sessions, and teaching English to school teachers. It's going to be an intensive 10 weeks, so any support (financial and otherwise) will be greatly appreciated. I will be sending out regular emails whilst I'm there to keep everyone up to date on what's happening, so please get in touch with me if you would like to receive them.
