The Charity:

The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) launch appeals when large-scale disasters hit countries without the capacity to respond. Made up of 15 leading UK aid charities of which we have chosen The British Red Cross to support with almost 18 million people affected. At the time of writing, over £200 million has been raised for the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal and we are committed to help this increase.
