I'm taking part in the official Dry January and raising money for Alcohol Change UK because alcohol does too much harm here in the UK.

- Alcohol affects the 200,000 children living with alcohol-dependent parents in England

- There were 1.2 million people admitted to hospital because of alcohol last year
