Myself and a few of my clients, who now become good friends, are taking part in the Tough Mudder event on Sunday the 15th of July in aid of the Hansel foundation. Our team consists of myself, Gordon McNair, David Johnstone, Reeve McNally, Susan McCormick and Louise Gillespie. I met all our team members through my fitness classes that I run at BM Fitness in Troon, we are all different ages, fitness levels, abilitiles but we are all determined to start and finish as a team! It has been a pleasure helping these guys get fit over the past few months and everybodys fitness levels have improved immensely and I believe this will be showcased at Tough Mudder. I am very proud of our team and it will be an amazing achievement for us to complete it - all for a great charity. Please support our cause.
