Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Please consider sponsoring me.

About the ride: The Palace To Palace is an annual charity bike ride. We leave Buckingham Palace about 08:00, on Sun, 5 October 2014, follow a somewhat indirect route and get to Windsor Castle 45 miles later, in time for lunch. If the weather is good, it's a beautiful ride with great views and a good possibility of seeing some deer on the way.

This will be the 4th time I am doing this ride, an indication of my level of support for the Prince's Trust and the work it does with young people. Photos on this page are from a previous year's ride.

About the charity: To the right you can find a link to the web site for The Prince's Trust, telling you much more about their work and the successes they have had. My only comment is that I honestly believe that supporting tomorrow's adults is one of the most important things we can do - the benefits are felt, not only by those being helped, but by society as a whole.

The Prince’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.
