We are sailing the UK coastline relay style. There are 8 crews passing the baton. I'm sailing the Cardiff to Liverpool leg sooooooo if I go overboard you'll find me bobbing around the Irish Sea! ;-) 

Over 80 young people and adults from the Newark and Sherwood area will embark on one of eight legs, each 4 to 6 days in duration as they navigate, pilot and crew the 72-foot Challenger Yacht around Great Britain - fundraising for YMCA as they go. 

All the money we raise together will go to supporting the YMCA Community and Activity Village in Newark. YMCA Newark and Sherwood are a local charity with a passionate belief in young people. The Village will be home to world-class sports, health, education and arts facilities, including integrated programmes, opportunities and employment pathways for families and young people in Newark and Sherwood. It's 100% not-for-profit and locally funded too.
