RideFest is an annual event, a static bike race.  Easy you may think, not so easy dressed as the Box-it East Mascot . . . .

Please help me raise some money for St Elizabeth's Hospice in Ipswich.  The more money raised the more people can be helped.  £350 will pay for 8 therapy session to help someone come to terms with the loss of a loved one, a child, a parent, a partner.

I am getting on a bike, dressed as a bear - I bet anyone would give £5 to see that!!
