Here we go again.  In less than a month I'm doing my third Great North Run to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.

If you don't already know my sob-story, they fixed a hole in my heart when I was younger, without which I would never have been able to attempt something like this (especially not three times).  I was a pretty routine case though really, and GOSH does loads of amazing work for kids much sicker than I was.
