We’re the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. We’re working to improve diagnosis and treatment; to fund research and to raise awareness.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2014 my son Josh was diagnosed with Crohns disease after 2 years of suffering severe pain and fatigue. These last few years have seen him have to tolerate various surgeries including a bowel resection and numerous colonoscopies and endoscopies. His attitude has been strong and resolute even though he has endured so much in his young life. I want to now fundraise to help find a cure for this disease.

I am doing the climb with one of my best friends Zoe who is climbing for the brain tumour charity in memory of her beloved mother who sadly lost her battle in 1998.

We are going up Kilimanjaro as a team, together as one, raising money for both charities so I ask you kindly to please donate equal amounts of whatever you can to both charities.

Thank you

Brenda
