Thanks for stopping by. I'm running the Great Yorkshire Run on October 9th for the Disasters Emergency Committee's East Africa Crisis Appeal.

BBC News reports today (Sep 5th) that 12 million people are affected by drought right now in East Africa. Thousands have already died and if more aid doesn't get there soon, many many more will die. There's a link on this page if you want to read about the DEC and what they are doing to help.

My personal best time for 10k is 44:00. So, I reckon I'll have to aim to beat that. Periodically, I'll put a new picture of my manky feet on here.
