Ty Hafan is a massive part of our family, the support and care we receive from the hospice is always outstanding. We just want to give alittle something back to them as they have a massive place in our hearts. 

Our daughter Ameli, who has a life limiting condition and who utilises Ty Hafan, will also be taking part with us all.
