I recently joined Citizens Advice Rushmoor as Deputy Chief Officer, and am constantly in awe of the amazing work they do year in, year out for thousands of local people across our community. That's why I'm taking part in this year's Go The Extra Mile event.

On Sunday 14th May 2023, Citizens Advice Rushmoor will be hosting a Go the Extra Mile sponsored walk around and along the beautiful Wellesley Woodlands. Starting at the Wellington Statue you are invited to join us with your friends and family for a walk of approximately 5 +1 mile walk. With start times between 10.30 and 12.30, we look forward to welcoming everyone, whether you want a leisurely stroll or prefer a faster paced walk.As well as using the event to raise funds for your local Citizens Advice, we are seeing this as an opportunity to involve our local community in having fun including stalls and activities for children and to enjoy an active, outdoor event to improve our health and well-being.
