The CancerWise Corkers team are fundraising together on this page to raise sponsorship for participating in the Chichester Dragon Boat Race 2017 in aid of Chichester based charity CancerWise

CancerWise is a local registered charity and we aspire to be an enabling, compassionate community for people with cancer and those who care for them. Our drop-in Support Centre is based in Chichester but we offer support and information to anyone in Arun, West Sussex and South East Hampshire who is concerned about cancer not just patients but also family members and carers. Through counselling, complementary therapies or emotional support, we can help people through and beyond cancer.


CancerWise provides a wide range of services including:

· A daily drop-in Centre offering access to free and subsidised therapies

· An internet based cancer information centre

· Counselling

· Emotional support

· Library facilities

· Regular talks on cancer related subjects

. Activity groups for example an art group, a choir and a book club

· Support groups for example a young adult support group, ‘between friends’ breast cancer group, stoma support group and secondary cancer support group.
