I'm back again for a third and ABSOLUTELY FINAL crack at the London marathon. After the disappointment of withdrawing through injury last year, I'm now looking good to lineup for the 2024 event older and balder (so more aero?). I've been training on the undulating and uneven tracks of the Forest of Dean in preparation for (hopefully) finally posting a decent time.

Every year around 350,000 people are admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury, that's one every 90 seconds. Headway works throughout the UK to improve life after brain injury by providing vital support to people, their family and their friends. If you are able to donate money in aid of this undertaking to support this fantastic charity, that would be wonderful.
