Thanks for dropping by. I'm running a crazy long way (for me) on the 17th July to raise money for Christians Against Poverty! 

To be precise, it's 28km with 540m elevation gain, so you can guarantee I will go through a lot of pain on the day (and let's not forget the training too). But hey it'll be all worth it to raise as much money as possible for CAP.

You don't know who CAP is I hear you say? I'm biased since I work there, but CAP is an amazing charity that meets people right where they are (20,000 people a year actually). Our clients are often in sheer  desperation, weighed down by debt and everything else life can throw at them. It's got "Christians" in the name because the charity is run by Christians, and the regional centres are run via local churches, but we help people of all faith and none, with zero discrimination!
