We are raising money for three fantastic charities the Alzheimer’s Society, the Care Workers Charity and Alzheimer’s Scotland by riding 400 miles from Care UK's oldest home (Haven Lodge in Clacton-on-Sea) to Care UK's newest home (Oxbow Manor in Shrewsbury) as part of our organisation's 40 days of giving back to celebrate Care UK's 40th anniversary. We intend to complete the ride in 5 days, averaging 80 miles a day. We will be visiting a number of homes on our journey to support them with their own fundraising events and for some much needed support and encouragement as we go.
