CARGILL / SAILORS' SOCIETY - THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE 2008

 

3 young members of Cargill will be attempting to win this years Sailors’ Society ‘Three Peaks Challenge’.

 

The Challenge is to climb three of the highest peaks in Great Britain within 24 hours; Ben Nevis (1344m/4406ft), Helvellyn (950m/3117ft) and Snowdon (1085m/3560ft), a total ascent of over 10,000ft and 27 miles.

In 2008, 42 teams from shipping and related industries are set to attempt this demanding challenge. 

 

The Cargill London team will consist of Ben Patchell, Fergus Garvin and Duncan Goodwin.

 

We are aiming to raise a considerable amount of money for the Sailors’ Society, full details of the Charity are provided. As such we are please asking for as much support as possible.
