Hi All,

As you can see from the photoshoot for my 2010 calendar my figure is not what it once was.

To restore myself to my former glories I am running the Derby 10k on Sunday April 11th.

I am also running in aid of the Great Football Giveaway. The concept behind the charity is simple - for every £10 raised a child in a poor country receives a football personally delivered - no strings, no catches. So far the charity has delivered balls to children in Rwanda and Malawi. The next trip is Tanzania later on this year.
