Inspired by Amanda and Michael Craven myself Gemma and Nic Cotterell are running Flitwick 10k raising money for PKD which Michael in a sufferer.  Flitwick 10k is a lovely local race run by the running club Gemma and I are members of The Ampthill and Flitwick Flyers.  Thank you for all support we have received so far from Stewartby and beyond training has already started and we will do our best for you :-))))xxx
