I was first introduced to First Step through Liz a commited supporter of this charity and a member of my running club. I visited the premises and was given a guided tour comprising music therapy, multi sensory and structured play rooms. I also met a few of the staff who are extremely caring and dedicated in their work. They also give support and practical advice to the whole family, with a room where they can meet other families in the same situation.  I came away from the visit feeling quite emotional and determined to raise as much money as possible for a very deserving and necessary charity.  Your support will be very much appreciated.
