I’ve worked for Derian House Children’s Hospice for nearly three years and see every day the amazing difference this wonderful place makes to the lives of seriously ill children and their families.

In my role as Head of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, I meet some truly inspirational people who do all sorts of weird and wonderful things to raise money for the children we care for at Derian. 

Last year we had an incredible great granny Patricia who did a skydive to celebrate her 90th birthday. After watching the footage of her skydive I decided if I ever got the chance I’d do one myself. When the opportunity to do this Dive for Derian came up the day before my birthday I decided that was a sign - it was now or never!

I’d love to raise lots of money for a charity so very close to my heart and do my bit to help these families make the most of the time they have together.
