Event: London Landmarks Half Marathon 2023, on 2 April 2023
We want every new parent to understand why it is so important that their baby's head is measured. An estimated, 1 in every 770 babies will develop hydrocephalus each year. 'Get-A-Head' will help those with symptoms get treated sooner.

Story

I am taking part in my first London Landmarks Half Marathon on Sunday 2nd April 2023 in support of Harry’s Hydrocephalus Awareness Trust (Harry’s Hat)!

Harry’s Hat  was founded by my friends because their son, Harry was affected by hydrocephalus (water on the brain). They found that there was very little in terms of information and support for those affected by the condition. As a result they formed the charity to help children and their families who are affected by hydrocephalus, to raise awareness of the condition and to support research and fund training for front-line medical, health and social care workers.

I am hoping to raise money for this amazing charity with a few friends. If you are able to donate (no matter how small) I would be very grateful and it will be appreciated by those it will help.
