Bwriadaf ymgymryd yn yr her 4x4x48 dros y penwythnos, sef rhedeg 4 milltir bob 4 awr am 48 awr i godi arian ar gyfer ymgyrch 'Company at Christmas'. Mae'r ymgyrch yn un lleol yn Aberdâr ac yn cefnogi teuluoedd ac unigolion o'r ardal trwy gydol y flwyddyn. Yn ystod y flwyddyn maent yn darparu parseli bwyd i'r rhai sydd angen ac yn yr wythnos yn arwain at Nadolig maent yn dosbarthu hamperi i deuluoedd ac unigolion yn yr ardal. Ar Ddydd Nadolig maent yn cynnal dathliad fel nad oes unrhyw un ar ben eu hun.

Nearly one million people in the UK will spend Christmas day alone, according to reports. Company at Christmas was set up as our local response to help combat that in the Aberdare, St Fagan parish. Launched in 2015, it has provided an important link with those in our community who are on their own on such a joyous day. In 2020, with the pandemic preventing us from meeting Company at Christmas became Connecting at Christmas and we delivered Bags of Joy to both those who would have been our Christmas guests, and to vulnerable families in the Cynon Valley. From the Connecting at Christmas project, the needs of vulnerable families were highlighted to us. Subsequently, we have been supporting these families all year with regular food deliveries, that have been so needed.
