I am partially sighted and have recently joined a running group (VI Runners Bristol) using sighted guides to help me. We are currently doing a couch-5k training session so I am looking to complete a 5k park-run at the end of April. As my eyesight is deteriorating I thought it would be a great idea to raise money for the fantastic charity Guide Dogs while also solidifying my goal of doing the park-run.
