Story
My name is Cath and I'm 27 years old and have 2 furbabies of my own. Letty is 6 years old and a black lab and Junior is almost 2 years old and is a ginger cat. I used to volunteer for the PDSA but since moving last year I haven't done any volunteer work and really want to help the charity is some way. I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which makes daily living quite hard and I feel that by doing this big walk will not only help raise money for the charity but also help me physically and emotionally. I will not be doing this challenge on my own as I have convinced my dog Letty to do it with me (lots of bribing was required). Any amount that can be donated will be very much appreciated. Love to everyone and their furbabies xx
Thanks for your support with my World Big Dog Walk Challenge!Pets are part of the family. Our four-legged friends give unconditional love and are sometimes a persons only companion. They dont deserve to suffer through economic and social hardship. They cant help themselves. But we can with your help.PDSA is the UKs leading vet charity. Every year, the dedicated teams at our 48 Pet Hospitals work tirelessly to provide 2.7 million veterinary treatments including 440,000 preventative treatments. This helps over 470,000 much-loved pets and brings peace of mind to 300,000 owners. Due to the coronavirus pandemic PDSA are facing into a national crisis so they are urging dog owners from across the UK to help us raise vital funds and take part in the World Big Dog Walk.
