I'm raising funds for St Cuthbert's Hospice by taking part in Rainbow Ramble on July 3rd. Please sponsor me and help the Hospice to continue providing free care and support to people with life-limiting illnesses, people approaching the end of life and people that are bereaved. > £20 could help St Cuthbert's Hospice to provide an hour of nursing care. > £40 could allow a nurse to plan individualised care for a guest in their Living Well Centre. > £50 could help their Dementia Specialist Nurse to assess the needs and support someone living with dementia and their family.
