I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life again this year. If you've never run it, I can highly recommend it, this year I'm running in memory of my beautiful sister in law, Lucy Jones, who passed away last year. I'm also running for the future and the hope more research can help to understand the risks and improve the chances for all of us and our children. X
