Story
This year I was extremely proud and privileged to be nominated for, and win, inspirational Guide dog owner of the year.
When I suddenly lost my sight 14 years ago I thought my life was over. That was until I was matched with my first Guide dog Opal.
Having a guide dog has transformed my life and given me the courage and confidence to live my life to the full. We're only here once so I want to make the most of it.

Sometimes it's nice to choose my own challenges so on the 14th October I will be taking part in a blind climb at Brecon climbing centre. We will be climbing the virtual height of Snowdon, 3560 feet!!
All money raised will be going to Guide Dogs Wales.
