To some Mums at Tŷ Hafan a couple of hours of sleep is the best they can hope for. Their children have been diagnosed with a life-limiting condition which means they will not reach adulthood. Many of them need care nearly 24 hours a day and Mums are up every few hours, every night, every week of the year. This puts enormous strain on their health and family life. 

Im taking part in the Walk from the Millennium Stadium heading around Cardiff City Centre, down to Cardiff Bay and back again.  Total distance is 8 miles.

The money will Go Towards Ty Hafan, which is an amazing Hospice, and one which means so much to me and my family.  Without them we would be lost.  They have helped so much over the last few years, and now im giving something back.
