We will be hosting a charity Fitness Day to raise much needed funds for an amazing cause in the Scottish Cot Death Charity....3 years ago the most beautiful little girl came into the world in my neice Olivia, she was bright she was gorgeous and heartbreakingly after just a few months she was taken from us with no rhyme reason or cause. Scottish Cot Death do great work in raising funds and helping families find reason behind there loss from an illness that seems to strike at such a fragile age with no warnin...g..

Myself Lorraine Howie and Barry Grove will be running a mix of 30min fitness classes including Bootcamp, Metafit & Body Balance and you can do one or all of the classes

Tickets are £10 with the full amount going to the charity, places are limited to 50 so must be booked in advance and either paid on the day or through the just giving page..
