It’s been two months since I completed my last challenge , a 56 mile double marathon from Brighton pier to Buckingham palace. I’m proud to say I smashed my target and raised just under £2000 for my charity.. 

Which inspired me to challenge myself even further, for my next event, which will be on the 25th of September. I will allow a few close friends to pick a location within in England or wales ( unknown to me until the day) and to then drive me to said location , drop me off , say good bye and leave me stranded. With nothing but a backpack full of essentials , some cash , a compass and map.

With no help from the public or any form of transport , with just a compass and a map for direction , I will have one mission and that is to make to home.

After being a heavy drinker for most of my life and recently spending just under a year T total I understand the mental pressure life can bring to anyone , I also understand what it takes to fight that pressure and turn life around. Which is why all funds raised will go toward M.I.N.D a charity which focuses on mental health, something which can devastate individuals/families from all walks of life, it doesn’t discriminate. 

Over the next eight weeks I will be spending all of my free time training and preparing for the 25th.

I seriously don’t know how I’m going to make it back. but I do know I AM going to make it one way or another.
