Earlier this year my family and I saw first hand the incredible palliative care provided by the Isabel Hospice when they cared for my wonderful Nanny Pat in her last days. This incredible organisation relies massively on donations to provide this care across Hertfordshire. In September I will be participating in the Hospice’s Bridges of London Walk with my friend Amy, to show my gratitude for the support they provided my family with.
