Story
The ongoing pandemic has resulted in an incredibly difficult period for Jos. With many facing delays, and longer waiting periods for results and treatment our support services and information are needed now more than ever.As a result of COVID -19 most of our fundraising events have been cancelled and Jos has been faced with a loss of over 60% of our income. We need your help to ensure we can be there for everyone who needs us, both now and in the future. #IGiveMy is a really simple way you can support our work that can make a big difference.
I, along with 300 members of our Les Mills On Demand group are challenging ourselves to do high intensity interval training known as GRIT over the 12 days of Christmas, starting on 7th December.
These workouts are super challenging and we finish on the 23rd and that day we will be wearing Christmas jumpers or Christmas themed workout clothes to complete this and those who take part we have asked for a voluntary donation.
Jo's trust is close to my heart as they supported me when I went through a difficult time having CIN3 cells removed, the support and advice they gave was brilliant. I also lost a very close friend to cervical cancer 3 years ago and I dont want anyone to lose a friend like i did, which is why they need all the support they can get to carry on the great work they do for so many women.
