Challengers is an amazing charity dedicated to breaking down the barriers of play for disabled children and young people. They have been a tremendous support to our family, especially our son Eddie who is severely autistic. Challengers provides an environment where Eddie can  be himself. This also allows us time to give his two sisters some freedom to do activities which Eddie would find too difficult to do, ensuring they don't lose out.  Without there help and support our life would be even more challenging than it is today.

I have chosen to run the London Parks Half Marathon for two reasons:

1st reason -  To raise money for such a fantastic charity and to give something back to them to say thank you.

2nd reason -  Eddie loves parks!
