Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As many of my friends and family will already be aware I was diagnosed with an autoimmune Liver condition called Primary Biliary Cholongitis (PBC) last year. Since being diagnosed I have been supported by the PBC Foundation who bring others living with the condition together as well as providing factual support surrounding living with the condition and new treatments that may be available. Any donation would be much appreciated to support a great charity that has helped make my diagnosis of PBC much easier to deal with. To commemorate International PBC day on the 10th September I will be celebrating ' Movement as Medicine' by walking across the Humber Bridge with a meet and greet of people affected by the condition. Movement as Medicine is the idea that doing small steps in exercise can help somebody living with a long term condition both physically and mentally.
