A walk in the park ...

You'll have heard the phrase. It means that something is straightforward, easy, not something worth worrying about. All that is true of the literal meaning too. We don't want you to scale Everest this PBC Day, but rather we want you to gather your friends and relatives and go for... a walk in the park. That could be a local council park or a national park. Battersea or the Brecon Beacons, it doesn't matter, just get out and do a minimum duration of 30 minutes activity. Even better, use the opportunity to raise funds and awareness.
