The charity support unpaid carers across the UK. Unpaid carers do incredible work looking after friends and family, unpaid, to make sure they live a good life. Carers Trust supports older carers and young carers too, children as young as 5. Read more about their work here: www.carers.org

Caring can really take its toll, being physical, mentally and emotionally hard work. Carers should be entitled to a lot of help with their tasks and to look after themselves but too often then are left to cope alone. Carers Trusts supports a network of services that give carers advice, information, emotional support, run groups, provide counselling, run respite services and organise activities. Lots of brilliant work for you to support!
